Dr. Robert Pieratt

Veterinarian, Doc in Charge

Dr. Robert Pieratt (aka Dr. Rob) was born and raised in Austin, Texas and grew up exploring the lakes and hills of this beautiful city. Dr. Pieratt graduated with a bachelors in Animal Science from Colorado State University in 2008 and earned his DVM from Oklahoma State University in 2014. Dr. Rob is a member of CAVMA, TVMA, AVMA, and is adamant with staying up to date with developments in veterinary medicine, both through personal research and participating in continuing education courses regularly. Veterinary Technician

Aaron was the practice technician with AVC for 3 years before it became ATX Animal Clinic. Aaron grew up in a rural community and worked with the local animal vet for about 3 years through high school. Read More

Veterinary Technician

Ben decided to become a vet tech because he’s always been around animals of every kind. Even now he lives on a farm where he tends to goats, chickens, and his two dogs, Chiquita and Gorda.

Office Manager

Formerly a vet tech at ATX Animal Clinic, Chris is now our Office Manager. He was born and raised in Germany in the Eifel mountains and spent much of his childhood out in nature. “This is where my love of animals flourished,” says Chris. Read More

Sam was born and raised in Austin, and grew up knowing that he wanted to help cats and dogs. When not at work, Sam enjoys running, reading and drawing in his spare time. Read More

Michelle Schraden


Michelle has been working for ATX Animal Clinic since May 2019. She is a proud mother of six furbabies, 3 dogs and 3 cats, and loves spending her free time with them at home or in the great outdoors. Read More

Bri is one of our front desk receptionists. She is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology. She has always had a strong connection with and love for all animals both small and large. Read More


Queen of the Clinic

Delilah (AKA Miss Delilah) runs ATX Animal Clinic with a pair of iron paws. Prior to joining the ATX team, Delilah was host of the late night talk show “Delilah and Friends”, where she discussed topics such as the optimal cat litter for back paw comfort, grooming tips for a better catnap, and the importance of Morris in a hyper-contextual dystopian world.
